A Township Administrator serves as the chief administrative officer of the township, responsible for managing daily operations and carrying out the policies established by the Board of Trustees. This role provides overall leadership and coordination across departments, ensuring that township services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The Administrator supervises department heads, oversees personnel matters, and works to implement policies and operational improvements that benefit residents. In addition, the position plays a central role in financial management by preparing and monitoring annual operating and capital budgets, reviewing expenditures, and advising the Board on the township’s fiscal health. The Township Administrator also acts as a key liaison between elected officials, staff, and the public.
