The Lake Township Police Department is a full-time police department in northwest Ohio; a suburb of Toledo.  The department is comprised of 21 sworn law enforcement officers, which includes a Chief of Police, Captain, Detective, 3 road patrol Sergeants, School Resource Officer, police K9 unit, and road patrol officers.  The department covers over 34 square miles, with numerous state routes and interstate highways.
